Inga Flowers seeks to capture and preserve the beauty of your special blooms with care and intention. Every floral composition honors the light and divine energy of important moments in your life. Every art piece created with your preserved blooms is intended to become an amulet that reminds you of special moments, loved ones, or life milestones.

At Inga Flowers, we specialize in wedding floral keepsakes, including bridal bouquet preservation, pressed flower art, and resin floral keepsakes. Based in Jacksonville, FL, we proudly offer custom floral art for East Coast brides, transforming your wedding flowers into unique flower resin art and timeless pressed flower home décor.   • 1. Book Your Spot

    Secure your preservation date with an $80 non-refundable booking fee, which will be applied to your final order.
    🌸Already know what you want? You can purchase your keepsake(s) directly through our Preservation Shop, and your date will be reserved automatically at checkout.
    🤍 Not quite sure yet? No problem, just Book Your Spot, and we’ll follow up with a product guide and help you choose the perfect pieces later. Your invoice will be finalized after we receive and inspect your flowers

  • 2. We’ll Follow Up

    After your booking or inquiry, a member of our team will reach out to confirm your wedding date and discuss the details of your floral preservation.
    🌸 If you’ve already selected & purchased your keepsakes through our shop, we’ll simply confirm your order and timeline.
    🤍 If you only placed the $80 deposit to reserve your spot, we’ll guide you through the available options and help you finalize your pieces after we receive your flowers.
    If you submitted an inquiry form, we’ll answer your questions and walk you through the best way to proceed — and once you're ready, you can secure your date with the $80 booking fee.

    At this time, you will also receive a document containing the preservation agreement, shipping instructions, and bouquet care tips.

  • 3. Send Us Your Flowers

    After your event, your bouquet should be overnight shipped or dropped off at our studio within 1–3 days to ensure the best possible preservation.
    Once we receive your flowers, our team will:
    🌸Inspect the blooms to assess their condition
    🌸Confirm your order (if you pre-selected products)
    🌸Or guide you in finalizing your pieces (if you only placed the deposit),
    If any flowers arrive in poor condition, we’ll contact you with options to replace them with fresh blooms before moving forward (additional charges will apply).
    After your order is confirmed, we’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance.

    The preservation and design process typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the type of flowers.

  • 4. Design Review & Final Assembly

    About 8 to 10 weeks after we receive your flowers, you will receive an email with two design mockups sent as a PDF for your review.
    You’ll choose the design you love the most. One additional round of design options is included in the price. If you’d like more than these two rounds, each additional set of options will be charged $40 per iteration.
    Once you’ve made your final selection, we will create and assemble your final composition.
    This crafting process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the product type and complexity.
    When your order is ready to ship, you will receive shipping information via the shop so you can track your package.

    Please note that while we strive for a quick turnaround, during high season the process can take up to 6 to 8 months.
